The Christmas Chaos/Festivities 2011

The Christmas Chaos Festivities of this year are too good not to brag blog about!!!

We will start with the Cookie Exchange hosted by Rileigh, Ke'Nia and Annie (In reality it was more fun for me, I had so much fun doing the table scape). Each girl invited two friends and their Momma's. What a fun night we had. We exchanged 3 dozen cookies, played silly games and ate some yummy appetizers.

My sister and I were cracking up because we cannot bake and our cookies were comparably similar in so many ways. She had a cookie exchange last year I attended and we decided that is why we love them. We cannot bake so we get to enjoy others baking abilities with so much variety and WAAAY less hassle and messes!

My MIL however is this outstanding baker and if there were a contest the girls would have voted her cookie #1. Super cute peanut butter mice in a mint candy cane cookie sleigh! Well that cookie was submitted by Kat and Rileigh with the help of Grandma Whitemyer!

Moving on right on up to Christmas Eve...Since moving back to Utah we made it a tradition to spend Christmas Eve at my parents house with the whole fam damnly. This year they had their basement finished just in time for Christmas. It was a Christmas Miracle! Complete with a pool table, Wii, Slot Machine, doll house, mini play-room and tons of good food. Oh and the company is so so! J/K I love my family!
